The great arguments among the Christians and the Mormons is that the Mormons will not accept the Christian creeds. The belief here is that the very same reasons that exclude the Mormons or the Latter Day Saints from Christianity as it is known today also excludes the original Christians of the New Testament .what is the big reference here is to the nicean creed or any other creeds that came after the Bible.
As far as using other books beside the Bible an argument of the Mormons are Christians will be quick to point out that the early Christians were not either. They will bring to the point the name of the New Testament itself which indicates that it was a new volume of Scripture. The consensus is that there are many new volumes regarding this Scripture. They will note that many of the early Christians did give credence to the Gospel of Matthew but that there were Jewish writings as well and there are other books accepted by the early Christians that are not being used today such as the book of Enoch. So the bottom line comes down to that if the society of Christianity is not going to accept the Mormons as being Christians of today then they have to put what were called Christians in the biblical days into the same category as being non-Christian.
Wasn’t it just in the past few years the mormons have started to pretend to be Christians in order to better fit into society?
It has to be taken into consideration that many years ago that the Mormons made no claim to be part of the Christian religion. The argument now being raised by Christians is that the Mormons have taken a opposite approach to this because they want to be able to fit into society and a better way. The argument from the seniors of the Mormon church denied this and stated that they have changed nothing since their inception back in the beginning when Joseph Smith puts the church of latter day saints together.
In respect to this argument they will make several references to Joseph Smith’s prophecies and writing they will further go on to say that the concept that Mormons are definitely Christians are accepted by anyone that is familiar with the Church of Mormons should be pointed out that many of the writings of the Mormons will make it very clear that they had no intention of becoming just another Church of America.
It is believed that the inception of this church was based on Joseph Smiths vision that God wanted him to bring a new church to earth because none that were here were correct. Great exception is taken to the fact that many Christians will refer to theMormons as being a form of cult. Any individual that is part of Mormonism holds a high caliber of respect for Joseph Smith. It must be remembered that he has been accepted as being a prophet of the religion and is the only one that had the right to set the tone for what the church would stand for. The Mormons profess of a letter from a past congressmen who have heard Joseph Smith preach and found no discourse with Christianity. It is writings like this that they will heavily dependent on in support their claims
The real problem comes down to where it is almost a play on words when trying to discern just exactly what the Mormons do stand for and what they do not. There is no doubt that they believe in many segments of the Bible however in respect to Joseph Smiths teaching there have been additions and exceptions and this is where the argument from the Christian standpoint comes into play that there now are no exceptions to what is written in the Bible
In respect to the argument that Mormons are now referring to Jesus Christ more than what they did years ago it is pointed out that Ted Jones who was a Baptist missionary brought up the very same complaint back in 1912 therefore if it was evident then that the Mormons were relying on the term Christianity certainly is not something that has been just surfacing in the last few years.

The preliminary number for February indicate that homeowners in the Boise metro area have stopped reducing the price of their homes in order to sell them, according to Zillow.com’s data source.
The median list price of homes, however, fell in January, sources said in a report, which was obtained by Reuters ahead of its scheduled release.
Nearly one in five homes, or 19.5%, listed for sale on the Zillow website had at least one price reduction as of the end of February, down from 19.8% in January, sources said.
Home sellers reduced prices by a median 6.7% in February, down from 6.8% in January.
The Boise real estate market has posted this trend consistently over each of the past twelve months, showing a boon for buyers. In the month of February alone, Zillow reported that 1/3 of home listed experienced a median price reduction of nearly 9%, which is significant.
Over the course of a year, home prices fell from February to February 6.8%, and reported a decline from the previous month of 1.4% to $205,000 sources indicate.
From January to February another important number dropped as well with the median days on market sliding from 109 to 105 in that period according to sources. August of the same year had posted a significant low for median days on market at 90.
The Boise real estate market has posted a median days on market number of 109 days for February.
For those who are trying to sell the property they own in the area, this means that inventory absorption is steady and price changes should be in keeping with it. In other words, if your home has not sold in the first 3 months, approximately, you may need to revisit your sales price and examine the comparable properties on the Boise real estate market. Losing whatever equity you may have in a market headed downward is not a fun lesson to learn and can be avoided by anticipating where the price point in the market will be, and getting there ahead of it.
How this is helpful to Boise real estate buyers is that there is no rush and making calculated purchases at pivotal times is precisely how to ensure you have equity when you close on your home. Being in a “buyer” market is not necessarily a good thing if you are not well educated on market tendencies, and cannot capitalize on the best value when it comes along.

Hopes soared on reports that the recession was coming to a close as the United States economy posted a healthy 5.9% gain and businesses invested to boost GDP. As the recession eases Boise real estate will be helped out by the positive news.
With Gross Domestic Product growth projected at a satisfying 5.7%, based on Commerce Department data from the 4th quarter, but actually came in at 5.9%, surpassing many expectations. This is the fastest pace the GDP has grown since the middle of the year in 2003. The economy expanded at a 2.2% annual rate in the third quarter. The Boise real estate market will see some benefit from these increases, plus other local market factors.
In the winter period the GDP posted fore-casted growth of 5.7%, which indicates goods and services production totals, according to Reuters. With the recovery seemingly in full swing in the last few months of 2009, our nation seemed to be emerging from the most severe financial crisis since the Great Depression, but that growth has been stymied somewhat in the first quarter of 2010. With inventory at a recent high, many businesses took advantage of the slowdown to get rid of inventory and purchase needed software and equipment which lifted 4th quarter numbers, despite reduced consumer spending and real estate numbers. This wan’t just a national trend either, as the Boise real estate market saw very similar changes in volume as well.
Stripping out inventories, the economy expanded at an annual rate of 1.9%, rather than the 2.2% pace estimated last month, indicating growth was not being driven by demand. Inventory sales amounts were alarmingly reduced from $33.5 billion to around $16.9 billion in the final quarter. There was a signification reduction from July to September of $139 billion. The change in inventories alone added 3.88 percentage points to GDP in the last quarter. This was the biggest percentage contribution since the fourth quarter of 1987. As home materials companies liquidated inventory, Boise real estate reaped some benefit from that.
For the whole of 2009, the economy contracted 2.4%, the biggest decline since 1946, the department said. In the final three months of 2009, consumer spending increased at a 1.7% rate, rather than the 2% pace reported in January. In the preceding quarter, the federal government “cash for clunkers” program lifted GDP by 2.8%, which was obviously a short term fix for a sector of the economy. In the fourth quarter, consumer spending – which normally accounts for about 70% of U.S. economic activity — contributed 1.23 percentage points to GDP. As the national economy contracted, the Boise real estate market contracted right along with it.
Businesses continued to invest in equipment and necessary software at such a rate that the commercial real estate slump was not a cause of negative number in the Gross Domestic Product in the fourth quarter. Increases in business investment, from a projected 2.9% to a 6.5% actual pace helped out a lot. In the preceding three months, it had slid by about 5.9%. With an anticipated increase of 5.7% for the fourth quarter, the construction numbers were a bit of a disappointment when they came in at 5%. Posting an increase of just under 19% in the third quarter, there was quite a disparity between quarters. On the back of stronger exports and imports, which left a trade gap adding .3% to the GDP, the fourth quarter boasted better numbers than otherwise anticipated. With factors that effect Boise real estate and GDP, we are all eager to see a resolution to this crisis.

If one wants to discuss equal rights among men and women when it comes to their religious faith then one would probably find that the Mormon church would be guilty of being sexist although the Mormons themselves do not feel this way. They do state that there are different roles for men as opposed to women but they do not consider this as being sexist. It comes down to basically the strength of the men and women as considered by the church therefore they have different roles. It is believed that the rules are as such because of the expertise and the ability between the males and females of what they are best suited for. Again also it will come down to what is the actual interpretation of sexism.
Some feel that sexism is to the point where women are not allowed to participate in the daily living that a man does. For example being able to vote or to speak when they so choose or that they are being abused in some way or form. None of these things certainly take place in the Mormon church. Now it is true that a Mormon woman cannot take leadership in her church however women are encouraged in this religion to speak out and to make their viewpoint known. They are also given the opportunity to vote on any of the policies concerning the church including their procedures. It should also be noted that the male sector of the church as well as the husbands or brothers or fathers within the family hold their women in high esteem.
It would be indicated that women are more likely to graduate from college than some of the other religions. In fact women that are of the Mormon faith hold just as many professional positions as any other religion or group. It would appear that some of the healthiest places in America have been contributed to the fact that it has been because of the Mormon influence that is present there. It has also been said that many of the Latter Day Saints women which is the official group or religion of the Mormons have contributed a great deal to some areas of the country.
The general consensus is that the Mormon women do not feel suppressed in any way and are quite happy being a woman within the Mormon religion. If a Mormon woman happens to be unhappy it is a very rare. It this is so then it is because they feel that they have been put down because of the religion not as a result of being mistreated by their man. Most often their unhappiness will come because of the cruelty of those outside of the Mormon religion that have said hurtful things to the woman or ostracized her because she is a member of the Mormon church.
So it would seem that if anyone is of the mind that the Mormon church is sexist it is certainly not coming from the complaint of the Mormon women

The Mormons take great offense to being referred to as a cult. Yet that the true meaning of the word cult is a system of religious worship. The question that arises, is the Mormon religion a true cult? The problem is that the Mormons believe that when the word cult is used that it is referred to as a unfavorable religion such as one that is made up of horrid things that are taking place amongst that religion. For the most part but that is the general consensus when people are referring to cults. The Mormons will stand on the fact that no they are not a cult and there is nothing that they teach or do that is unhealthy in any shape or form.
The Mormons do have temples of which is like a Christian church. Their church is called the Church of latter-day Saints and they do believe in carrying out specific ordinances or ceremonies much like many other religions.
One of the interesting points though is that the Mormons have a close similarity to the Freemasons. In some respects in order to protest what they stand on and believe they will go to great lengths to explain why they are not fitting in to the term cult. They will tell you that cult means that devotion is being paid to some individual and they will claim that yes as that part of it, it is in comparison because they believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is an individual but they will go on to talk about how the meaning of cult means that it is a group of people that believe in suicide or chasing the stars or satanic rituals. Most people will admit that this is not something that the Mormons have been accused of.. So therefore this is their stance for not being a cult. So basically what they’re doing here is a play of words by taking the attention off of the many fallacies that they do teach and putting the emphasis on the unpleasant terms related to the word cult. It really becomes a mind game to the individual that is listening to this. Automatically the compassion goes to the Mormon knowing that they do not carry out these traits. So the fact of what they really do teach is not being addressed.
It is interesting to note that members of the church will give you several things to question as to whether or if their organization is valid or not. Some examples of this is that they will point out that there are other groups that are different and yet are still accepted by the Christian faith.
They will state the comparison to Christianity today with the Christians of the Bible would be excluded to what is considered now a Christian.
They will challenge whether the definition used by Christians as being a fair definition. These are questions that are raised in order to show that basically what Christians are using as their form of judgment is unfair towards the Mormons themselves.

There are so many arguments back and forth between the Mormons and Christians as to really what it comes down to is what is true Christianity and who can be classed as Christians. The anti-Mormons will argue that just because the Mormons believe in Jesus does not make them a Christian because even the demons believe in Jesus. The argument will retort right back by the Mormons again that the believe what Christianity is among Christians is that it again does not refer to the same type of Christianity that took place in the New Testament.
The argument by the Mormons is that there is nothing to say that Christians must believe in other writings such as the creeds or the Martin Luther writings. Bottom line comes down to a Christian is an individual that believes in worshiping Christ. Their argument about the demons knowing about Christ they accept but they also will point out that the demons do not call or worship or seek Christ in any way so it comes down to really being there are no standards.
The Mormons will direct a anti-Mormon to look up the word Christian in any of the interpretations of the Bible and that all three of these major books will support the Christianity of Mormonism. More so than any of the other religions will support that they have prophets among them whereas the Mormons are very strong on this point. The Mormons feel that they are not as critical about other religions as what Christians are towards theirs.
The problem with this is though will the Mormon church accept those that do not follow their doctrine exactly as being a Mormon.
How can you call yourself Christians when you don’t worship the Jesus of the bible?
There have been many quotes and arguments from individuals that have been hard on the Mormon religion and for their own reasons have dropped out of this society. Some of their arguments have been based on the fact that the Mormons believe that Jesus Christ was a created being, that he was the spirit brother Lucifer, and that Jesus was a God in himself being a separate being.
They will further go on to argue that the Mormons believe that Jesus earned his salvation and that God himself makes no demand for salvation. The belief is that Jesus was a flesh and blood born child. Many of these comments will come from individuals that have put great study into the doctrine and many of them purport that they did so with an open mind. Naturally there are many arguments put forth by the Mormons in retort to this type of argument. And no one would take away from the fact that they have the right to defend what they believe in.
For every argument that is put forth that there will be a great debate into the interpretation ofvarious scriptures within the holy Bible. It is hard to understand whether the Mormons will say that they have read the entire Bible and it is quite evident that they are only open to pieces of the Bible that they will rely on. This can be somewhat frustrating because it is like saying that they will promote the Scripture if it supports their belief but if it goes against what they believe then they feel that this is a man made part or misinterpreted part of the Bible. In fact it is often said that the arguments that are put forth in respect to going against Mormonism is an unchristian act in itself. There are references made to the fact that some religions practice communion and some Christians accuse them of being pagan or even committing an act of cannibalism
It would seem that no matter what a Christian could promote to a Mormon to show them that they are on the wrong track in their doctorate would not make any sense to the Mormon at all. They would consider it as just being a form of tearing down another person’s faith. They will stand on the argument that they do not rule out the beliefs of others telling them that they are non-Christians because they believe in that particular doctrine that they follow. This is somewhat contradictory though because how can you stand and believe in the doctrine that you believe is making you a true Christian and yet if there is a difference in that doctrine you still believe that that individual is a Christian. The key to the play of words here is that the Mormons will tell you that they did not expect anyone to drop any part of their faith that is correct. The key word here is correct in whose opinion.
How can a Mormon be Christian if they subscribe to the views of Arius, who was rejected by the church councils as non Christian?
Mormons argument here that Arius was not rejected because of his disbelief in Christ, and in fact is still considered a Christian even by many within the Christian doctrine itself. There have been others that have been rejected in respect to the Nicean because of a discrepancy over the date of Easter. That does not make them a non Christian though. according to the whole argument from the Mormons it is not whether Arius is a Christian or not but the argument is whether he is a Orthodox Christian. Mormons are not Orthodox Christians but are in fact Christians because they believe in Christ.

The Mormon base part of their doctrine on the fact that they feel that Christ became a man and therefore that Mormons should strive to be more Christlike and therefore becoming Gods. They base a lot of their doctrine in this regard for this particular area from the book of Romans often the Holy Bible and this is their take or their version of what they feel that this book is in reference to or at least parts of it.
Actually when you are trying to determine what the Romans are saying in the defense of Christianity it in itself comes down to where the explanation becomes quite muddled. They believe that Christ became like man, and his mortal virtues came from his earthly mother Mary and that she was the one that gave him the power to die and to suffer and to experience the temptation as we do. The Mormons will often refer to the power that Christ will give individuals to perform miracles referring to Moses and Paul for example.
There are many scriptures that the Mormons will relate to from the King James version but again it must be remembered that they only believe in portions of the Holy Bible as they feel that it has become corrupt. This is corruption that has come from the lack of material that they feel has been missed during the translation of the word. They will often refer to Hebrews 2 as a favorite book as well that this book deals with the place that man’s position is and talks about sanctification. They will also take various verses from other sections of the Bible mostly from the New Testament.
Why did President Hinckley say Mormons don’t believe in the Jesus of the Bible?
The Mormons feel that the words of President Hinckley are really attacked by the Christians who are anti-Mormon. This is based on Hinckley indicating that the Mormons don’t believe in the Jesus of the Bible. This was purportedly taken from an interview with Larry King. The crux of this interview was based on the fact that Hinckley was to have indicated that although the Mormons believe in Christ that that they don’t believe in the traditional Christ of the Bible. It must be remembered that the Mormons are of the opinion that the Bible has been corrupted because of much missing and contorted information.
The Mormons stand staunchly on the belief Christ of the Bible but do not believe in the Trinity as the way traditional Christians look at both of these. Hinckleys remarks are based on the vision that Joseph Smith had and based this entire religion on.
Isn’t your emphasis on works a departure from historic Christianity?
It would seem that the dissension between the believers of the basic Christianity and the Mormon church is quite vast. It is often a play on words and the Mormons fully believe that they are following the true commandments. The Mormon make reference to Christians thinking that they are following historic traditional Christianity but the Mormons believe that this is more of a modern Christianity that took place around the 16th century.
The Mormons often make reference to other books besides the New Testament that is based on Christianity as well and they believe that the Christian followings are very close to the doctrine that the Mormons following now. They believe that the writings that they are referring to outside of the holy Bible were Christian writings and that they definitely go against what Christianity is believed to be today. They make reference to the Apostolic Fathers quite often quoting passages from this book referring to the different letters written within the Bible. Again what the problem comes down to is that it is a part quotation of the King James version and it would appear that the Mormons will take some section of the Bible that fit their needs but will not look at the Bible in its entirety as being the word of God.

In a point in American history that some buyers are experiencing a nasty time getting approved to buy Boise real estate, there are various techniques that would facilitate you receiving the mortgage loan you desire.
Getting approved for a home loan is dependent on your credit score, and even the least experienced investors can tell you that. However, many people are unaware that the minimum credit score that is approvable for a home loan is going up. Many prospective home buyers in the Boise real estate market are discovering that a higher credit score is required, than what was 6 months ago. Home buyers who are just starting out are finding this harder and harder a hurdle to cross, and with so many good deals on the market, they do not want to miss out.
If you are not yet married……..
When one spouse has a high credit rating, and the other a low one, buying a home can get quite complicated. There are a few simple strategies that will help you out if you find yourself in this situation.
Keeping your individual accounts under your individual names is a great idea, whenever single people decide to get married. Always place your credit accounts in an individual person?s name, as opposed to being opened under both spouses? names, to avoid damaging both credit scores in the event that anything bad should happen.
Buying substantial purchases, like cars and homes, before tying the knot is the easiest way to do this when buying a home. If you are thinking of buying Boise real estate for your marriage home, do it as single people before you receive married. That way the bank will only require the credit history of the partner with the best credit.
Adding a lower credit score partner to accounts that are approved will automatically add a good history and may grant a quick bump in credit score. Once that spouse is on the account, they are in like Flynn so being careful is the name of the game.
Marital happiness already attained?
Increasing the credit rating of the wife or husband with the bad score is an important goal to focus on. To obtain credit the easiest way to improve your score is to hire a credit repair agency to validate all negative reports and to help establish a strategy for credit recovery.
Using resources like your mortgage broker to find credit repair agencies is a viable option and is more likely to help due to mutual beneficence. Bankers usually will refer clients to the same credit repair people so it would be no surprise for them to have a close working relationship. As eager as anyone is to make money, your mortgage broker will gladly help you get started with a credit repair company, if for no other reason than to close a loan.
